Used but in good condition. This unit powers on and for a few seconds it has the message 'ERR Bat", then it has three lines on each of the small screens and the large screen looks like it has a normal reading. I can change the displays on the screen with the buttons. I am not able to test it further. It does not come with any probes or accessories. Everything that is included is shown in the pictures. I have more than one of these and so the one you receive may not exacty match the pictures, but it will be in the same condition.
