Here is what I am able to tell you about this item:

The scale base shows a little mild user wear in scuff scratches etc. The Digital unit is in really nice shape but I believe the dial is missing on the front. It still turn easily by the post and can probably be replaced easily. The unit comes on, lights flash and readings start popping up. In excellent shape. Includes what is pictured. Scaletron scale base and digital unit with electronics contained in a Stahlin enclosure box, a Patlite RHB-24UL flashing yellow warning signal light, power cable and hook ups included. Thank you..
